DesignSummit

Where Creative Collaboration

Unlocks What’s Possible.

DesignSummit is a powerful collaborative incubator for creating what’s possible. Immersed in creative thinking, design methodologies and non-linear modules curated to extract a groups’ latent genius, DesignSummits accomplish what traditional conferences and workshops wish they could, but fail to deliver on.

In 2026...

TMIC is inviting groups and organizations to participate in DesignSummits focused on “Ethical and Responsible AI”; how we define it, how we implement and integrate it, how we measure and monitor it, and the broader legal and logistical implications of this profound and unparalleled technology as it relates to civil liberties, safety and security.

Why DesignSummits

DesignSummit is a highly curated 1-3-day process intentionally designed to facilitate solution creation and activation to most complex challenges. Every DesignSummit is a unique and extraordinary creative journey into activating what’s truly possible - unlocking participants' creative genius beyond the ingrained habits and the conditioned limiting beliefs.

Unlike the typical conference, in DesignSummits participants don’t just listen and discuss they actively engage, shape, commit to, and co-create solutions that are implemented and actualized. This isn’t about getting another dopamine high by merely talking about what’s possible. Participants actively create it and action it in their department, companies, organizations and for the world.

DesignSummits focus is on "Worthy Problems"; deep, pressing challenges that touch every facet of life, whether in a department, an organization or across governments. By ensuring comprehensive representation across diverse perspectives, we create holistic and sustainable paths forward.

Who DesignSummits Are For?

Organizations, Firms and Government

Companies, organizations, firms and government departments often become trapped in invisible habituated thinking-loops that create conditions they are in reaction to. These conditions are the experiential artifacts created by the underlying systems and structures constituting the operating system of the organization or department. Most changes in policy are reactive, and merely addressing surface conditions; not getting to the source - the problem - that will continue to create future conditions that replace the ones “solved” by policy changes.

What is needed is the re-creation of the systems and structures themselves; to get to the source of where these conditions are born, and why these conditions keep emerging and causing operational friction.

DesignSummit is a powerful creative container where both the participants' thinking is transformed, as well; as what is collectively created through the DesignSummit process to address the root problems creating the conditions. Additionally, new possibilities are created outside of the existing systems and structures that may constitute a more aligned path. Most organizations fail to evolve in ways that secure their relevance and continuity. In such cases, DesignSummit serves as a catalyst for rebirth in the organization or department.

Conference Producers

As a conference producer, your goal is to create transformative experiences that resonate deeply with attendees and (hopefully) drive tangible outcomes. It’s the “hope” part that we help you realize.

Conferences are great at providing inspiration and motivation; but they’re weak at providing transformation and any tangible, measurable, or actionable outcome. Often focused on networking, augmented by keynote lectures or panels, conferences often reveal a set of “Worthy Problems” - big ideas with a clear articulation of the associated conditions requiring solutions - that conferences aren’t equipped or able to create.

Conference producers who want to provide an unparalleled premium experience that leads to new possibilities and measurable outcomes for their attendees should consider transforming their conference into a DesignSummit. Instead of merely being dopamine accelerators, we envision conferences as seeds of potential; frameworks to inspire and motivate participants around ideas, which are catalyzed for action during DesignSummits.

We work with conference producers to transform the conventional conference model into an action-orientated creativity and solutions incubator.

Leverage the renowned

Whole Life Architecture Methodology

WLA is TMIC’s ontological framework for ensuring that DesignSummit participants are operating at the highest level of creative integrity, connecting to the “creator within”, and sharing powerfully within the DesignSummit container.

Maximize Impact

DesignSummit’s continuity program, known as DesignLab, is meant to ensure maximum post-event engagement, continue powerful conversations, and implement breakthrough solutions post-event.

Expand Your Reach

If you’re a conference producer, DesignSummits help you attract high-caliber participants, foster deep connections, and amplify your event’s influence and prestige, leading to growth in future events.

Close the Abyss
Between Talk & Action

Ensure participants not only leave motivated and inspired, but ready, willing and able to act.

DesignSummit Experience

Every DesignSummit is a carefully curated blend of creativity, precision facilitation, cutting-edge technology, and deep human connection. Participants actively engage to co-create real-world actionable and implementable solutions constituted by each participant’s input and commitment that serves to catalyze possibility into actuality, in targeted themed areas. It’s the difference between sharing ideas, and curating the by-design implementation of these ideas in the real world, with measurable effect. This greatly expands your conference brand, revenue streams, and impact for stakeholders, while simultaneously creating community around your brand.

  • 1 - 3 days (4-5-day events are possible if the theme / problem warrants it)

  • 30-150 participants

  • Multi-stakeholders & domain experts (world leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, scientists, artists, philosophers and indigenous wisdom holders).

  • Post-DesignSummit actionable white-paper & strategic action plan documenting the work completed

  • Accountability metrics & continuity to produce real world results in real communities, affecting real people.

DesignSummits explore, design, test, and rigorously evaluate new possibilities and future solutions previously unconsidered. Participants refine the widest set of possible solutions into practical, tangible models that can be acted on. Participants reach solutions and are decisive in ways that meet or exceed the original DesignSummit objectives.

For this reason participants of each DesignSummit must reflect the broadest possible representation of key stakeholders around the chosen theme/Worthy Problem. Since DesignSummits are where participants roll up their sleeves and work together to create actionable solutions, and to ensure the created solution is as whole and complete as possible, viewpoints from all relevant stakeholders need to be considered and integrated into the created solution to ensure comprehensiveness.

You have to work it.”

DesignLab

The DesignSummits’ Continuity Program

DesignLab is where the implementation - the real work begins. Faced with the reality that the existing culture of the department or the organization is fixed, habituated and resistant to anything new, continuity of the momentum around what was created is essential. Post-DesignSummit, participants are encouraged to continue to work together to facilitate transformation within their respective companies and organizations through the DesignLab continuity program.

DesignLab:
Continuity for Measurable Impact

The transformative energy of DesignSummits doesn’t end when the event concludes it evolves through our DesignLab Continuity Model.

Monthly virtual sessions maintain momentum, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions generated at each summit translate into real-world impact.

DesignLab is a monthly four-hour virtual event that enables participants from the DesignSummit to stay connected; refine and reify their agreed-to action plans around the co-created solutions from the DesignSummit; and maintain accountability that action is indeed occurring on the “problem” that the DesignSummit participants addressed.

DesignLab sessions also offer:

  • Consistent refinement and re-alignment to evolving global dynamics.

  • Engagement opportunities for new participants to connect with conference ideas year-round.

  • Experiential touchpoints, building lasting connections and continuously enriching your community’s experiences.
